Do I need to have experience with mindfulness, meditation or yoga for joining the course?
No, you need not have any prior experience for joining our yoga, mindfulness and meditation classes.

- Keep yourself hydrated before starting your practice
- Avoid large meals up to 3 hours prior to the class
- Let your mentor know if a pose or posture is difficult for you to practice
- Let your mentor know if you have any conditions or injuries before hand
- Carry a yoga mat or sheet
- Carry a towel
- Carry a bottle of water
- Carry a set of extra clothes if you are changing after the class
- Wear a comfortable fabric
- Wear loose or stretchable clothes that doesn’t hinder your motion and let you move easily
